I've noticed that, since I've gotten Windows Service Pack 2 for XP Prof., I can't see most animated gif images or anything like that with Interent Explorer. I either see them as still images, or not at all, and I think it's because a secuirty setting is turned on. Can anyone help me find out what setting that is and how I can turn it off? Or if I'm wrong, can someone tell me why I'm having this problem? Thanks.

I'm not sure why you are having problems with that, I have service pack 2, and I have no such issue with IE6.

I as well have SP2 on XP Pro, and a reformat seems to fix most problems, just a matter of whether or not you can seperate yourself from your wealth of porn, or pirated files, or whatever you happen to have clogging your hard drive. lol

Try going to Tools>Internet Options. Then click Delete Cookies, and Delete Files. See if that does any good.
