Create a New Folder in Windows 7 only(Vista can cause ****upery), and rename it

GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

Its basically a huge menu of settings for your computer, like a one place stop for everything you need to get access to when fiddling about with stuff.

or just go to the system settings and in the search field top right type "a" (without quotes)

Well you can do it in Vista. I've heard of people doing it in Vista and it causing Desktops to disappear for good. Not recommended, but it works.
