general noob question

I know this question is really noobish question to ask, but i can't find the answer any where. The question is how do transform when just by yourself. I've seen this done in youtube videos and i would like to know because I wanted to put up some of my own videos for viewers to see. Sorry for the trouble, and thank you in advance for any help offered.

Or you can get an amxx plugin for it to change powerlevel.

I did the corePowerLevel.amxx installed it in and everything it even says it changed my powerlevel in the command menu, but when i go into the game it isn't changed. idk what to do. im such a noob lol

You are using the latest version of ESF? (v1.2.3) and Steam as well?

You need to restart the server after the pluggin changes your power level.

Yes I am using the latest version of ESF and Steam. I just got it to work. So thanks for your help everyone.
