I don't think HL1 would be able to handle characters moveing that fast , there is a max speed ya know :/

Victory cannon is a mouth Blast.
The Kamehameha could be left out... it depends...
and the scatter torpido well , its just like Kami torpido.

I see him no less of a spammer than Goku , except Goku has the SB.

Firstly, Gotenks didn't even use kamehameha in the DBZ series. Now what you mean 'and now u want to add mouth blast (buu). Gotenks DID use mouth blast against buu. Go watch DBZ 247 - Unlucky break.

Ok , how about I crush your intire body into a volley ball , then see if your 1 hurt or 2 trapped.
I'd think If i actually did manage it , you'd be in serious pain , if not dead from shock.
