Fly + Beam bug

- Stand still on the ground and charge a big beam

- Press "F" to start flying, and press "space" to go up with the beam charged or being charged and you will see that you cannot. The character gets stuck. If you are not in fly mod you can still jump with the beam charged or being charged.

- I dindnt see in all characters but I know it happens with buu's mouthblast, goku's kamehamecha, piccolo's SPC and vegeta's GG of course. It does not happen with blue/yellow/red/..etc - beam.

I think i found something related to this a while back.
Same thing happened only during the standard run animation.

Couldnt reproduce it since i found it. So THX this helps
