Fatal Error Problem on Esf and Cs need help

ok my Esf game will not work when i go into a game as soon as they say parsiting game it shuts down esf and a "Fatal Error" Pop ups and it says Mod_LoadBrushModel:sprites/laserbeam.spr has wrong version number (0 should be 30) i need help i really wanna play Esf

ouch this is the first time i saw someone make 3 threads for the same thing but ill say it again here
