anyways, you wanna upload somthing? your gonna have a hard time, but your going to have to ask everyone seperatly, there is really no way around that, uploading peoples work without the correct consent is an immediate break of the copyright act, anyone who dosnt like it can write a little note to the guys and they'll pull down your site and webspace for it, sorry, but its life, to be honest, i dont want any of my work touching this filthy little site. thank you >_>

right! there should be a stickie with somthing like that since there are several threads around here with that question .. but none believes the real answer lol.
remember Gohanssj2!!, i told u to not upload my stuff so dont even think about it. why? its becouse u said u were to lazy to get permissions and just will uplaod everything .... i know that its hard ... im always asking b4 i uload sumthin at esf-world... but its worth it so u avoid probs.

Good for you guys. Dont put your work on his site, he just wants to put everyones work on his site and he doesnt care if it gets proper permission. Hell, I wouldnt want my work go on his site(if i could model/map/whatever). If you really cared gohan, you would take the time to get proper permission, no matter how hard. I honestly dont knwo whats wrong with some poeple trying to defend him saying hes trying to do somthing for the community. He may be trying to do somthing for the community, but hes going about it compleatly in the wrong way.

The answer to your question Gohanssj2! is simple: ask the person who made the file permission to use it and not the ESF team. It's up to you to choose your path. A lot of artists are rightfully anal about their work be uploaded without their permission, which is why it is very important to ask them.
