About the maps. The First i dont know but i think that is esf_kamehause, second map is esf_lookout with new sky textures, and the third is esf_newguru with also new sky textures. Am i right about someone of this?

Yep, you're right. This was before the new map system was implemented, so it's pretty outdated though.
