Dedicated Server Not Listing on Steam

I'm trying to make a dedicated server, but the server is not being listed on Steam's server list.

The ports are properly open (I've checked them using a program).
I have sv_lan set to 0.
I have sv_region set to 1.
I have steam_appid.txt in the ESF folder inside the HLServer folder with the setting 70.
The following is what is shown when the server starts:

The ip listed is my computer's internal ip. I can join the server by adding my external ip to favorites and joining like that. I believe the problem stems from "Setmaster: Unknown command enable," but I have yet to find anything that works on Google.

Any help?

Edit: The server is still up. The ip is 71.206.238.33:27015 .

I can see your server just fine through HLSW: 71.206.238.33:27015 Optional's Dojo - Pittsburgh, PA

So at least that works ^_^.

But it doesn't show up in Steam. The server will be forever empty.

Edit: There are absolutely no server mods running (like amx etc)

steam has currently some problems with the hl1 master servers...

Trex has solved all my problems.

Lessons learned: use port forwarding and not DMZ. Make sure weird built in router firewalls are off. Take Trex's files. They are like magix n stuff.

We took this problem and DESTROYED IT!! If anybody else needs help with this kind of thing well ring me up, this is my annual post on here, TREX going back out. I'll try to be around more often.

i am facing the same problem.yesterday this problem started for me and i yet havent found a clue.plz help me out here..my sv is for condition zero.
this is how it shows in gui mode

i cannot find it at any cost.i can c my server on in my fav,thats about it .wat is the issue? i havent changed any cfg file or anything.no changes in port fowarding as well.i reinstalled the whole sv and yet same issue.
