Dedicated Server Installing Problem

I can't Install The 1.2.1 Dedicated Server for ESF. At all it gives me a message that ESF isnt on my harddrive...Which it is.. It gives the right directory for everything just gives me the damn error no way to fix it at all so far... :cry: Itd be nice for help.. O_O

You dont exactly need the ESF Dedicated Server. Just download HLDS, and install ESF into the HLDS folder. Plus you need a Steam account for your server (Has to be different from yours). There are a couple tutorials floating around. They can probably help, if this hasn't.
