Well i think 16 years is the limit here so yes she is underaged, and yes it would be illegal to have her as girlfriend.
Im more like asking advide, how can i walk away from this without hurting her feelings too bad and without losing my face. She goes at the same school my sister goes. If i tell her to **** off, not only my sister loses all respect she has for me, she and her friends probably throw rocks at me in the next party i go into.

Now i dont know if i should "forget" the date or just hope she forgot it. Its not that i hate her or anything, its just that i dont know her that well to start any kind of relationship with her. And besides my friends will probably kill me with their jokes of me and underaged teenager once they hear about this. I'm doomed either way...

Yeah... She's not gonna forget about that date, even if she was drunk. What i would do, is talk to her in person or over the phone (preferably in person), and tell her how you feel. She'll listen this time, since she's not drunk, and there are no distractions. This might seem mean, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do... ya kno?

No **** Sherlock!!! I live in Finland! How the **** do you think i would smuggle 15 years old girl to another country. And i dont even want to date some teenager in some foreign country!
And seems like nobody is listening to me when i say i was driving my sister and her friend at the party and to drive them out and got paid for the trip. Thats why i was at party with teenagers!!! Could you please avoid the stubid comments!?
