Character PowerUp+Turbo Effect

[SSJ3 Goten]

When your Goku just for effect, if you have a PL of over 20million, and you start to power up and have turbo on at the same time, lightning should come down and the sky should turn dark.

I know this is kind of, non-essential, but just a nice little effect.
Little effects for each character makes all the difference.

If you have one for any other characters, post em, im Interested in hearing them

The reason they dont have this imagine all the lag the low end comptures would get with 5 or so people doing it

i think once u transform u need electricity surging around u in turbo but thats about it thats going to far

dark clouds can't do it, 'cause hl engine, about lightning, only SS2 have it I see your point, but only second trans would have it.
and about lagg, i think that, get a better pc or conection, me, I got 56k, but do exist cybers man, go to play in a cyber.
