cell form 2 tweak

its funny when i transform to the 2nd form of imperfect cell.. he's smaller then the first one.. im suggesting that it would be tweaked to be as large as the frieza form 2, becuase cell form 2 was actually much bulkier, maybe even the same size as the frieza form 2

wow..i never really noticed that(cuz i never play wit him). But yea it should be bigger than the 1st form.

well i guess that sounds ok but they shouldnt make him too big cuz p celly was bigger than both of them.
i mean, you dont want the character so big that you cant see where youre going(happens with frieza at times)

actually perfect cell was smaller than his 2nd form if u actually watched the anime.. he even says his body is smaller but more conditioned in the manga
