uhm... okay so, you want to make a gif movie, you have photoshop and image ready, but its not easy to use (for you) and you want an easier program and some sprites to make gif movies? Sry im having some trouble understanding you =(

Just download Jasc Animation shop 3, its easy enough.

Here's a movie i made, it maybe looks stupid, but i don't know yet how to peform that darn fusion dance. :S

Well you gotta tell us what program youre using first. Are you using Image Ready, or Animation shop?

hey mp, he said he was using photoshop image ready in the first post. Personally i think photoshop and image ready isn't hard to use at all... quite easy at least for gif movies. All you do is copy and paste then save as psd file, open it in image ready, make the frames from the layers, then save obtimize (sp) as and voila... a gif... simple =D

Here is what i always do, i start 4 paints, not paint shop pro, but paint.

Then make a background in the first paint.

In the other paints, open the spritesheets.
Then select a character with cutting, and copy and paste it.
( CTRL-C, then go to the place where you want it and then CTRL-V)

And thats how you implent more then one character, i hope this helped you out.

he ment how to put it on the forums....sighs...i guess ill explain =P

first u need to save ur file to a .gif, then you need to upload you gif file to one of these sites (or any other if u want)

picturehost (just upload the file, very easy)
Freewebs (make a website and upload ur image there)
photobucket (make an account and upload there)
Imageshack (easy upload aswell, allows greater files then picturehost.)

then when u have uploaded ur file, go back to these forums and do this

[img.]www.url_of_your_uploaded_pic_here.com[/img.]

just remove the dots in the [] things and it should work
