when you used to listen to rock did you listen to the style that i posted earlier or other stuff?

Personally I listen 2 rap for its punchlines and metaphors because 2days rap is so repititive but Cassidy is a main rapper I listen 2 & Lil Wayne but if you want some good raps listen 2 artist when they start gettin' noticed like........

Well, in my opinion, Rap is good.
....But that's just from 1995-1999, since i think rap died in '99 ( Almost everything changed when compared to new rap, it's 'gangsta' and repeating itself with the same beat all the time, while the 90's stuff was melodic, etc..).
My recomendations would be Coolio and 2pac, since i don't listen to rap that much.
