Beta Testing Reinforcements

I'm surprised, and disappointed no one is complaining about me . But Chang, don't you think since he is a Beta Tester now it would motivate him way more? He'd actually play ESF a lot more now. And it is the team decision for making us Beta Testers, they have a reason why they added him. Inactive or not, all Inactive users will get kicked anyway. So why don't you just watch and see what will happen in the future?

I play ESF regularly. I'm not a pro, but I'm no newbie either, which is what he seems to prefer to think.

You're fairly involved in ESF (look at your sig) so I guess people just assume you're a natural choice.

Obviously they're involved in esf enough to get elected as beta testers. So why not just leave them alone. You've stated your opinions on what you think. People chose to read or not read them. Now leave them alone and let them be happy with their new positions. I for one am going to secks you up each and everyone of you individually....then at the same time.

Like I said skyrider, I dont know how often you really play, it seems like if you do play, you dont play anyone good. If your making threads complaining about gen beams used in fights. There is a difference between supporting the game and playing the game, I feel that people playing the game should voice their opinions on the next version more than people who just support it.

Also it shouldnt take being given a beta position in order for someone to start playing ESF more, the position should be given to people who ALREADY play ESF a lot. You shouldnt need treats to play the game.

Your bad, no matter how you look at it. You are a newbie, because I play fairly often and Ive never seen you or even heard of you. You even said you play the specialists more. So your contradicting yourself, and I highly doubt that before you were given a beta position your reasons for not playing ESF changed. So stop with your BS, because out of all 3 of the people picked, you were seriously the least deserving of it. Please tell me how you helped the community at all? besides posting in threads, which is something everyone here does. Grega plays, Skyrider hosts hl2files.com, but you..You talk about nintendo, and voice idiotic ideas about ESF which only prove to me and anyone else who plays ESF on a regular basis and reads your opinions on ESF how little you really play, so if anything you should go away.

At least i have figured so. But besides the point, i don't see why you are complaing so much just because "he" might or might not be a newbie. The team selected him for a reason. If you keep complaining about him you are simlpy acting like you are talking out of jealousy. I do suggest you to drop the subject though, due the reason that his beta position won't go anywhere.

I want people who Play ESF and know how it works, and can find bugs that will effect GOOD players, because those are the most annoying. So no, I wont stop complaining, because I want to come out good, instead of just pretty and newb friendly like 1.2 was.And its not just him, its all 3 of you, and some others on the team. So dont act like hes singled out, your bad as well, hes just the worst of the 3 evils.

Our Beta Spots won't go away that easily. Especially not when the team has though about it before they even added us. Also, this is not up to you. It's not what you want, It's all up to the Team. :3 To answer your question, Kaination, even though Chang will undoubtedly criticize us for it - no, I did not have to answer any questions. I wasn't even asked if I had prior experience with testing Beta software.

I was chosen merely because I am an active, supporting member of the community. And I don't go out of my way to purposely flame people out of jealousy, unlike some people. :3

Well im neutral with this whole stuff. But just to make something clear. Davidskiwan is not a beta tester. Therfore he does not have to atend beta tester meetings (he said BETA meetings). He still atends the team meetings.

So i was right after all. All Beta Testers of course who are inactive, etc would get kicked, It's obvious. Besides, all the complain and opinions has no effect at all. I highly doubt the Team would remove us just because of your complaints. And i wouldn't be surprised if a Moderator / Super / Admin would see this and set things straight.

i hardly play 1.2.3 in pub servers these days but i am still able to hold my own against all comers, to test you don't need to be a "pro" at esf or insert game of choice to be a tester you just have to be a team player and have the abilty to spot bugs that pop up and then report them using mantis with a detail discription on how to repeat the bug. Grats to all the new testers can't wait to work with you. ps wufi David stoped testing as a tester when he became a member of the Dev Team

I think its wise to have a mix of, newbies, good players and elitists, each and everybody of them, has a different view on the game.
