We can't give the exact value (nobody's quite sure) but it's definitely between 0 and 100%!

the state of the inteam is to chaotic to answer that properly. We are somewhere between 30% and 100% depending on the day and on the update.

One day an update can break the game and we are at 30% with next to nothing working, and the next update can get loads of stuff to work again and we jump to 80%, just to fall back down to 50% with the next update. So its impossible to say how much its done. Especially since some updates require remaking of maps or effects, in order to gain extra FPS ingame.
