Well I think it would be cool if this feature was added to knocks backs in esf 1.3

After being knocked back with a basic melee hit, a player may counter the 2nd Basic melee hit, by simple looking @ the player just before contact..

To be exact, you put your crosshair on the opponent and if you do so just before being hit, again you'll counter their attack with an attack of your own.. causing a simaltaneous hit that does 0 dmg to both players.

After the counter, both players are knocked back @ half the distance of a normal knockback..

That makes countering too easy and I don't see how that adds to the gameplay. Not to mention it could give auto-aimer's an unfair advantage (as if auto-aiming wasn't bad enough).

And lilke my melee design its a ping whore ^^

Im still thinking of a way to solve that problem in my own design.

Since when was auto aiming in esf ??

since when isn't aimbotting easy, and since when aren't aimbotters banned?
Since its really hard to catch them if they use aimbots whisely.

And if you arnt skilled you cant do anglehits with aimbots.

Im all for being able to block the second melee hit by looking at the oponent and holding block. But im against it being an instant counter.

it's not an "instant counter"..

It's more like this..

If you hit me with basic melee.. then swoop straight @ me...

and my crosshair touches you.. a Timer Starts..

It counts down from 1 or 1.5 seconds... after the time runs out I'de have to touch you with my cross hair again.. for the counter to be possible..

The counter can only happen 1 or 1.5 seconds after touching your attacker with your crosshair.

This forces your attacker to fly use a more suprising method for a 2nd hit

Then there would be no point to adding a counter if a player only has a window of only one second.

Loose that timer. A second melee hit takes less then a second from the first one.

And timers that are to small dont go well with ping. It should be enough to have a block for that second hit. Adding a counter ike that is kinda pointless.
