Frieza got faster, and usually pulled off a few cheap attacks. Ofcourse he generally missed....
then once again, no matter how good u are, or how much stronger you are to them, your going to lose that melee, or ps, or whatever.but if you only have the rage factor for a few seconds, just long enough to meele someone into a wall and kill them with a charged-to-the-line kame, you wouldn't be 'owning'

thatâs what melee is for. there is already a feature to balance the game...because if the "weaker" one is losing all the time, that is not balanced.
it's zolmaster's idea. the esf team could do anything they wanted to, but don't question my faith in them. I think Zolmater's idea is not worth putting in the game, and thats what we're really discoussing here, not the esf teams abilities...then you really dont think that the ESF team can add such a feature without it being unbalanced.
I'd expect with this feature, if u died 10 times in a row, regardless of whether u hit them or not, your powerlevel would be pretty much equal, no matter what either of your power levels are!there is already a feature to balance the game...

It work on the servers average powerlevel, and brings you power level to closer to the average each hit/death
if the person isn't mentally, and co-ordinationly impaired, and tries. i guaranty that will not happen.how is it fair that the super-excellent players can just fly around all day beating the snot out of everyone?
yeah mabey. it would make sence seeing as the only use their signiture moves after a period of time. and for example USSJ Vegeta was being beaten up by cell and he used final flashm he used it then not at the start of the fight.I think it should be the other way around... Every time you hit or dmg some one a "Special Atack" bar increases, when its full u can hit a key similar to ssj but it uses the special atack.
