Well, last month i upgraded my motherboard, ram, and graphics card, and i had to reactivate windows, I did it once, but then something went wrong on my computer and i had to reformat, now it wont let me reactivate windows again, it says my CD key has been used too many times, ive got 7 days left now... what do i do? >_>

How about you call Microsoft and tell them you aren't paying 200 again to get XP back in. They cannot with hold services that you payed for. There is an 800 number you can reach.

actually go with cucumba, the exact same thing happened to me and they supplied me with a new registration right over the phone

Ya, that's really the only option you have. Phone 'em up and tell them your problem, they should give you a new key.
