activating

Well, As some of you know, I re-installed windows. But during installation it never asked me to put a CD key in. So when I finally get booted up, and it says 'You have 30 days to activate windows', and i clicked the bubble, and it showed me that I had to activate it. I of course, put in my CD...

Well, last month i upgraded my motherboard, ram, and graphics card, and i had to reactivate windows, I did it once, but then something went wrong on my computer and i had to reformat, now it wont let me reactivate windows again, it says my CD key has been used too many times, ive got 7 days...

Can someone please tell me the bind line in the config.cfg for console because when i press "`" it dusnt do anything. The same goes for "~"

I think it should be possible to activate turbo while charging an attack, since I don't see any reason why you should not be able to do so and it would be very useful. im sorry if im a moron but everyone i ask in game tells me to push the ~/` button but that doesnt do anything then someone told me i have to activate it first befor i use it? How do i do that?
