The fact that i havn't seen some people online for a while might be because of the time zone differences

Boyster is still my fav mod here. When i first got here it was my goal to keep up with his post count(and Magus's)...lol so much for that. CuC is a little....scary..lol but maybe its the big CuCberg sig that throws me off .
As of late, Ive been pretty impressed with Shadow too

and offtopic: SOS forums arnt bad if youve been there awhile and theyre used to you. Lately with Uni taking their code theres alot of whiney people and their team and mods have been really frustrated. But if it isnt your cup o tea, dont go there. I love that forum and this forum too. Theyre just different.

I haven't seen any moderators make big mistakes except maybe once. I've seen maybe medium sized mistakes a few times, but those kind are usually accidental mistakes rather than intentional. And when mistakes are made we've got our iron fisted/velvet gloved Administration team to correct us.

I think that overall you guys are doing a great job. My only suggestion and this is to help Hibiki and Hsu is that they should not express a personal opinion on why they closed a thread or give out a warning, but use the fact that they broke a forum rule. It is the difference between saying that their topic is stupid to instead telling them that their arguement/flaming/whatever is off topic and is not allowed. If I ever find time to give an example I will post it here. GJ

I can understand why people might rank me relatively low. I can be pretty strict, and most of the posts I make anymore are just moderating/criticizing. I don't really go out of my way to appear friendly... but I'm more leniant than many think, and I am much less professional on AIM. I just remember back when I wished I was a mod and I kept catching crap before the staff did, and now that I am one I try to do all of the stuff I used to wish people were handling. Just doing my job

Still, am I doing my job badly or am I just being unfriendly? Or neither? I wouldn't mind a little feedback myself.l
