textures

Can you had damaged textures to the models according to the damages :)

Ok i have a texture file of a model i changed a few things but when i save it in 256 bmp (only one it allows) it stuffs the colours up and they go all queer i dont undestand how thetexture looks fine in 256 bmp but when i save it like that the colours screw up can anyone help?

I'm new to mapping obviously, I thought i needed a new hobby so im trying this out. I made a box, and im trying to add textures to it and .. its coming up teal.. probably the defualt color :S I cant add img and /img do this.. weird. Anyways, can anyone help me?

How in gods name do you create such good textures for people like Shenlong... i want to reskin it for myself and change a couple of things, but i cant do it with my crappy skills so i was wondering if any one had a tutorial i could do?

hey i downloaded from an octagon server and installed it fine but when i play (using steam) only esf_tom has detail textures i looked in the folder and it only had the textures and stuff for esf_tom what happend to esf_cell_games detail textures and the other maps ?

Alright, it appears that it's not very widely known, but apparently Masta and the gang neglected the capability of making 1.2 able to write Cvar edits to it's config from in game. As a result, your config.cfg file removes all foreign lines every time you play or set any settings using the ingame...

Hey any idea what are the esf_riverside texture names? not where I can find them.. just the names, I don't want to use them or something. You know when you create a wad you have to name all of your textures... I looked in the esf.wad for the names but they aren't there...
