textures

Im trying to make textures in my paintshop pro and adobe photoshop.But i dont know how to make them textures to put in valve.They say you need wad file.How do i turn them into wad files

or just any texture, the wads in the folder are not much, so i was wondering if someone has any ..... thx anyway

all the evil and good skins out there, ummm..... theres only one .mdl in any player folder, like goku.mdl so how do i get it to have evil and good skins? u know what i mean? do i put the evil skin named evilgoku.mdl or something
