hi i made a listenserver for ESF 1.1 for fun and i added the ESF bots 3.1 i did wat it sed and when i go to make my listenserver my ESF just closes can anyone help?

Everytime i start up Half Life, ESF or any other mod i have installed, the screen goes to the HL menu u and within a few seconds, i get kicked out of Half Life and i return to my windows again if anybody has ever got this prob to, plz post it here so i might be able to fix it.. :(
