hi peepz i have a suggestion i think the scouter has to be gone and make it with sense instead of the scouter for exemple when you are flying and there is a guy next to you there is gonne be a sign at the right of you side with an arrow and sound

since 1.2 has no locking why not let ur scouter show the last player u hit with melee so u can follow him wherever he goes

Since Cell is Android maybe they should make his PL unable to be sensed by scouter just to give some suspense. Instead of his PL they should put question marks or something

OK, you know how you can use the scouter to see someone's power level? I think it would be cool if instead the scouter showed you how much ki/energy they have left, so it would be sort of like you can hide your true power and only show it when you summon your ki to attack them or something.
