i've done what it says to do to make a server. the list of comands, then to restart......but it still won't show up on the server list.......WHY....POR QUE

I try to go into servers with EVM teamplay but then i have to DL some mp3 and mdl files. But when some of the files are almost done, they freeze and do not DL anymore. is there a place i can get all the EVM files or is there a way i can make it stop freezing?
