I think he should have a light granade attack and destructive wave

In the buu saga Piccolo states that he can regenerate as long as his head isn't damaged. Now with Cell having Piccolo's cells, It would more or liekly mean that Cell should not be able to regenerate considering that Goku Blasted Cell with a khh that casued Cell to lose the top part of his body...

In 1.3 piccolo is not getting any new transformations. At least Kril is fast so he won't suffer too much with one trans, but piccolo is already underused and underpowered as he is, and needs another/more powerul trans.

Just asking is piccolo going to have regen ?Like regen 1 or 2 health per second .Its would be pretty cool sense piccolo gets over powerd fast.

Meh. I think the finger laser should be charged like a beam. Plain and simple. For the primary attack, have a fast charging little beam, with alot of damage. For the alternet attack, think budokai 3 in friezas dragon rush. Have it charge again, but longer then shoot alot of lasers...

1. "Special Beam...Cannon!": I think Piccolo's SBC sound should be remixed a bit. Instead of charging and then saying "Special Beam Cannon!" as he fires it, I think it would be better if he phrased it as "Special Beam..." when charging, and then "Cannon!" as he fires. I did it myself (not well)...
