Hey, i got another brilliant question for you guys. Is there any way to make steam avaliable offline? I heard you can do it and I want steam but I dont have the internet yet (dont ask how i posted this thread, i did it at my friends house.)

I think there should be a story mode for online and offline, like online is you were on evil you have to face off against the good guys online in a stroy mode. Like stop the good guys before they get the dragon balls, and stop you over taking the gaxlay.
