steam offline

Hey i have steam but no internet, is there any way to make it avaliable offline?

try and connect and it should give you the option to play offline

you cant run steam offline untill the games + steam are fully updated..

Ask a friend that has the internet to get steam and download the required updates then get him to put it on a cd, or many floppy disks
