i just got lightwave 7.0 and i've been staring at the screen for about 20 mins not having a clue where to start... anyone got any tips or advice for me? i want to make a model that replaces trunks

Well , i had started my work on bojac trunks , its nearly finished , exept (hair and bones) , i need Sin Goku to assigne the bones for me , gimme critz please exept hair and that nothing s holding the sword ok Heres pic:(undone)

Some one wanna tell me how to change a .ACE file to a .MDL (or if i can) so i can use some of the odd files i get sometimes.
