is there any way to add characters in esf 1.2.3 or 1.1 without using ECX, is there a script or something i realy would like that but not having ECX installed id prefer it for 1.2.3 if one of the great esf coder could make a quick mod / addon for esf like a .txt file with empty spaces where...

I can't have ECX RC2 and AMX installed at the same time. I know it has something to do with the AMX folder in the addon folder in the ESF folder , because whenever I exchange the AMX base folder with what's already installed, it breaks. Any help is greatly appreciated.
