console

If I am running a server (eg. on a LAN) is there any way I can change people's power levels (When my computer is the server)? I am looking for a console command - is there anywhere which lists all the ones available in ESF?

i downloaded esf about a week ago but whenever i join or create a net game for sime reason the console wont come down, so how can i fix this thanks.

How do i enable multi ps in lan game? dont know the console command and couldnt find it with search.
