Can i anyone help me, i one to compile my model from .qc to .mdl, and when i compile it sez `ERROR` `too many vertices`.
can someone tell how many vertices a half-life model can have, and i donÂ´t meen pollyÂ´s
i have the programe milkshape 3D 1.6.6a
i made a tail for my ssj4 gotenks but when want to export the file it gives me a warning: Found vertex with invalid bone assignment! Model not exported!
what do i have to do???

Yea I am just entering the big world of mapping. Yes someone else to make maps. lol. I just finished the auctal map. :D I compiled it and put it in esf/maps. All the wad files are there but its just not showing up on my list of maps on esf.What am I doing wrong :confused:
i'm testing my map,
and the fps are 15..30...
and in esf_guru is 60...
i think have a problem with the map uh?
can someone help me?

Im haveing trouble trying to play my map i know its not a compile prob it happens when i try and join the game i can choose my class and charicter but after i do that the console comes back up and then im back at the choose class screen can any one help plz

Hey, whenever i try to compile maps in Valve hammer editor it tells me there has been an error, and to check the map log, so i go to do that, and in the map log it says the following:
Error: Could not open wad file \sierra\half-life\esf\pldecal.wad
Error: Could not find WAD file...
when ive have reskinned a model and it is done when i wants to compile my modelwhen it commes to ref_control_bodypart it stops and then milkshape is going dead whyy i need help i was sopussed to release that model reskin !!!!!!!! :cry: :cry: :cry:
Ok i know that there is a thread on this and all other modeling proggys..... But what i did not see is OnE important factor for an esf model and how 2 compile it.
My idea was someone should post how a esf qc file should look so you have no errors compling it and it would clear up this problem...
