When your health is bellow 10 and your Ki Pool slowly decreases you can bring it back to its max by descending then ascending again. I donno if its with ALL Characters but I usually play as Gohan Gokou, Vegeta and Krillin. And its done it on them too.

well, me and my friens played a while ago on lan, and when we got to 10,000,000,000 or so(u cant know how mutch cause it goes crazy), then u r so powerfull that u dont make blasts. :/ this way u cant kill nobody..
