Whenever you get an error for SIZE, concentrate on SIZE only, not the "dimensions". You can easily decrease file size of an avatar by increasing JPEG compression (decreasing quality by a tid-bit). Anyway, seems that you have solved the problem as your avatar is working fine: Closed...

You have to change the bot_melee_percent and the botskill parameters on the ESF bots. My guess is that you probably have them on low values, hence you think that they suck. Press = in the game to bring up the bot-menu, using which you can configure your bots. (This is for ESF Bots)

For Buu, there are 2 ways of increasing your power level fast: 1.) Use the candy beam to transform the opponent into a cookie, which will give you 100,000 on eating. 2.) Attack (melee or beam) people of higher PL than you.
