well thats different, Neo doesnt rely on powerlevel, they dont 'know' it exists, but goku CAN use it. Neo relies on matrix so he can use it. but he doesnt use a powerlevel. thats why you cant compare it.

I say it all depends, if it was in the real world yes goku could pound on neo like a baby, if it was in the matrix then no matter what goku did he couldnt ever kill neo (remember he runs the place). so it all depends and u cant just favor Goku cuz ur a dbz nerd.

P.S yes if Goku was plugged in then he still couldnt beat neo he would be like morpheus, not THE ONE. and besides he would probably just be part of the program like an upper agent or sumtin.

Oh, and what has slow motion has to do with the Matrix?
Goku fights in Fast motion, so it will be like this.

It's like increasing immunity for magic, the stronger the Ki, the stronger the resistance.
Strong resistance reduces chance or damage of Magic spells.

inorder for it to be fair at all, they would both have to be pluged into the "matrix" seeing as Goku has never been in the matrix, or atleast the matrix that uses ordinary "earth" rules .. then he really woudlent have any experence, neo .. or an agent however does .. since ki and alll that energy stuff jsut dosent happen in the matrix that WE know, then, more likely then not neo would win, thanks to his expence alone

Goku doesn't follow the laws of the Matrix, the sentinals are part of the Matrix, Goku is not.
Goku's Ki is way too strong, so the Matrix can't manipulate his body.

Basicly, Goku is a unknown entity in the Matrix. So he can kick Neo's ass in the real world and in the Matrix world.
