goku would win deffinetly, cuz hes faster, and has a ki of a bil.
and neo is just a human beeing that can make time go slower and knows some kung-fu.....

yeah and i didnt post the krillin vs. mini me so get ur facts straight before u split! go check it bud! its just a post so chill out no ones dead bud, and neo can stop the ki plast like "snap" and he cant really be killed...so its kinda hard to say who would win

Uuuhm goku can teleport.... whatever you say about Neo, he can't teleport. Flying is cool, but teleporting pwnz. So goku would simply teleport infront of Neo and beat the crap ouda him.

Depends on the location. IRL, Goku is a powerful warrior and Neo is a bald geek. In the Matrix, Neo can click his fingers and Goku will cease to exist. I guess if you mean a fair fight between Neo in the Matrix and SSJ3 Goku, it'd still be Neo I mean that guy has got POWER.

sorry but goku normal (non ssj) cud beat neo, if neo wasnt so imortal, but had the same fighting skills, think, goku can fly much faster than neo, cuz u can see neo fly but goku is so fast the human eye cant see, i seen where neo can smash through concrete, and goku wud just push his hand straight through, no effort, that metal pole he uses against the agent smiths wud do nothin to goku, goku wud be too fast for neo, and too strong, goku wudnt even flinch with neo's best moves, the idea off ssj 3 goku verses him is stupid, goku wouldnt even have to fight him, he cud just power up and kill him.....

goku would prolly win, but beams wont help goku, cuz Neo can stop them anyway.

but this question is quite irrelevant imo, cuz ask yourself this...I think Neo is way more realistic than Goku, in terms of fighting, etc. (ok count out the flying), but then again Neo is inside a computer program, so it all makes more sense.

beams! a beam can go as fast as goku wants it -almost, it wud be too fast for neo to realize, cum on even if neo stoped it, goku wud make it explode, with the force of a small nuclear blast, cum on....

theoritcally, Neo cant get hurt by a nuclear explosion, and neo can easily dodge bullets now. beams dont go much faster. you seem to forget he lives in a computerworld. with like "godmode on" he cant get harmed by a nuclear blast. since he just manipulates the explosion.

yeah but i said in a fight where it was based on skill and strength and speed, like if neo was as strong as he is in the matrix but with out cheating(changing the code), which wud be a fair, it wud make goku the winner
