I did for a while. Key word: while. It gets really dull after level 150+ and 2 months.
Tips: Die, walk snake way. Walk on King Kai's grass till lvl5. Go in that weird chamber til lvl15. Go to Supreme Kai's till 25. Shadowbox/lift weights till 100. Then to elder kais. After 150 lift the heavier weights.
Yep. That's it. You're better off with a proper game like ESF or CS though.
