not the skin...on the model...he had the same sleeves as 18......they go a bit further down and are a bit tighter around his hand...(there not accually tight..it's just that they stop further up on one side because of the thumb)

If you are refering to the ref I posted before of him standing in the rain, dont forget that his clothes are wet.
Now check the ref I posted before it, the poster picture.

true true...it definetly is raining. But being hot sweaty steamly wet, doesn't make you're cloths longer most of the time...just sticky hot n, hor-...

but i think it's mianly that trunks like to dress a bit more baggy than that, and the excess clothing jsut closes in a bit after it passes his wrists....and tuck his shirt in with his pants pulled up right under his nipples.

-Highlighted the blue parts of the shirt (tell me if it's better then before)
-Skinned the hair...obviously...it was a pain...im not sure if it's exactly right but...;0
-Fixed the hands skin a little
-Made the sleeves a tad longer =P

You made his hair on the outside look too solid. It looks like a single block of purple wood with some cracks in it. I think you need to make it more line'y. Get what I mean?
