where do u go to learn how to make things like flash games and stuff?

i would like it if i could add like 3 more characters but i have no idea who to add. i'd like maybe 1 large guy, 1 more girl or some kind of pretty boy type, and 1 who is similar to a dbz character, but not one.
should there be vegeta or would that be too dbz'ish.

do u think small goku(gt) was the right choice to make pretty much the best?(just by a microscopic amount)

maybe ill give each character subliminal speed, strength, etc. stats that are all very similar to each other character. and...

I'll make a 100 level arcade mode where u start with certain stats that are based on the character u pick, and each character u beat gives u a point u can add to one characteristic, so in the end ur character might be how u want him, and u can use ur saved arcade character in vs. mode.

The way i formatted every characters attacks is that the 1st one on the list should be alittle stronger than attack #3 and attack #2 should be a fairly weak projectile (1 and 3 are projectiles) and 4 should be some kind of throw or basic strike and 5 should be another basic strike or a throw or the finisher if the character will have 2 transformations.

I'd say from experience the best way to learn things is to use a everything you can get.
Look up resources on the Internet, but don't use them as your only source. Books are another great source, just as long as they're remotely up-to-date. I wouldn't doubt there's entire communities dedicated to developing projects in Flash, joining one would definately help.

I would like to say that the title of this is to LEARN ABOUT FLASH not tell about the game. Maby a personal prefrence, but I would rather use Java.

hey gokuson i got something youll love youve got a great idea but someone has pretty much beat you to it have you ever heard of mugen? its a 2d fighting engine thats fully and completley customisable from the characters to the stages motifs whatever people are constantly making nes characters and stages i know for a fact there are already over 3000 including dragonball

that mugen stuff is too complicated
i downloaded it and can't even find the game file and can't play it when i tried using it and it doesn't explain well what to do to play, and i didn't see any characters i liked and i think i'd rather stick with my game plan.
