Where can i download SSj4

I found a server with ssj4 charakters but i dont can go on the server. Now i look for that.

you could always try ESF-World. It's a Earth Special Forces Resources website, so you can download models, such as the super saiyan 4 model. Sprites, sound files.. Etc there.
