where are Cell's other attacks?

My cell cant use kamehameha or special beam cannon (which makes him at huge disadvantage)

can someone tell me how to fix this

Did this happen on all servers, or a few, cuz some servers are able to restrict attacks with amxmod. And if its not that, just reinstall esf.

no its no problem now...i found out that the two attacks couldnt use on the 4 button behind galick gun
