What's better? Final Fantasy3/6 or Chrono Trigger

In one of the hidden endings, (I think the one where you start a new game with your old chars and beat Lavos before you go to the Medieval Times for the first time) Chrono talks. He says one word I think, I forgot it, but I remember him talking. I remember my friends and I going into shock.....BECAUSE CHRONO SAID SOMETHING! :fight:

actually the ending was you had to beat lavos while schala goes to the mammon machine and you dont use the pendant on the machine but u leave and take on lavos then it shows the slide show ending with marle and lucca then crono walks up and says something similar to "Come on" or "Hurry up" with his hands raised like hes casting a spell so then marle goes "OH! Crono!" then they follow him. my favorite ending would have to be... The Oath. I like it just because you cant tell who won between Magus and Frog( we all know Magus could cream the froG)

oh yea does anyone agree Kefka was one of the most badass villains square made? I mean, the guy made the world rip apart(which for some reason they say the world "ends")

Although Final Fantasy is an on going series, none of them relate to each other. Chrono Trigger was amazing! I just loved it, That's why I voted for CT.

Chrono Trigger kicked ass. That's all there is to it.

Oh the joys of both games..... Too...hard...to...decide... FF3/6 great story, 4 person parties, Espers, Kefka, music, and a main character that doesn't have to be in the party through out the whole game, and an ending that gives you hope.

Chrono trigger also great story, a great game that actually involves time travel where the story isn't bad, Chrono that silent man, game +, Magus, music, all those endings.

Too...hard...to...decide. Would vote for both if able.

Will never outgrow NES...

The more square sinks into visuals in my opinion the worse the story seems to get. Keep it simple and make the story better not the graphics, do both and make a masterpiece.

I chose Chrono. But I also remember a while back on this forum
www.chronogamer.net/forum that I still visit. That someoen put
up a link on Akira Toriyama and said he made the designs for the
Chrono Trigger Characters. And aside that they showed resemblance
to the DBZ characters.

Tata looked like Gohan

Crono looked like Goku

Piccolo looked like that green fat guy, forgot his name. long time ago

Magus supposedly looked like Vegeta. But only on a certain pic. The
rest he looked diffrent.

Meryl Supposedly looked like Bulma, like magus, only in some pics.

Also to all of you who enjoyed FF6 would Enjoy FF9, It holds a big
resemblance to FF6. Just diffrent characters and setting. But if you
have played it you would know what I mean. Anyway. I chose
Chrono for a reason, cause as the other guy said there is more
stuff to do. And alot of alternate endings. I liked Chrono Cross as
well. I cant wait for Chrono Break. I hope its a PS2 game

thats really cool i never realized akira made resemblances in people in CT to DBZ but not in personality because goku is loud and obnoxious at times BUT magus and vegeta have a sort of a resemblance

anyways i wish there was more FF games with magit-tek armor in them :'(

In the PSX cutscense, Kino (Ayla's boyfriend) looks a lot like Gohan. Tata...never really resembled anyone to me. I'm not sure about Ozzie, tho, will look into that. lol, a fat, floating piccolo.

Yeah, after he switched bodies with the frog, lol.
Since we're talkin about CT, I got a question. How come Frog is the only guy who speaks Olde English? Even the people in the Medieval times don't speak Olde English!

Cuz frog was like the only proper one. ACtually i dunno, it's been forever since i've played Chrono Trigger. But i'd still have to go with ff3, but not ff6, don't ask me why...
