Vegeta's PL was last charted as 500,000 I believe. Besides Frieza stated his PL was 1 million in his second form. Lets say by his 4th form it was 2 million, and thats only at 1% of his power. That would be his 100% PL would be 200 million. So obvious Frieza was full of BS.

You know, math doesn't decide what PL the characters have in the series.

And besides, most of the time it's unknown how much the PL of a character is.
In the beginning they use the scanner all the time.

What math? You mean percentiles? He said he had 1 million PL in his SECOND FORM. In his 4th form (which assuming he would have a higher PL than his second form) he admitted to only using 1% of his power. So his maximum PL would have to exceed 100,000 million. Its common knowledge.
