The hair can be trickey. I guess you have to try placing those vertice(sp?) where it looks best. Btw before doing the hair I think you should change the face a bit. To be honest, it doesn't really look like vegeta's face so idk if the hair will fit.
Gj though if it's your 2nd.

It's SSJ but the face are the same imo.
And a normal Vegeta:

Thanks to ImageShack for Free Image Hosting
Now all you have to do is right click on the front view of your model and select 'Choose Background Image', then you choose one of these. Then you will see it in the back so you can replace some vertice according to it.

when i get more experience i might make a hair tutorial myself on how to make ssj hair, since thats one of my specialties

but i think you should try and go for the hair, see what comes out :)

btw did u use any tutorials or just make this head from the beginning?

as for the hair.. ive had a couple attempts and i keep throwing them away. ill get it eventually.

The hair doesn't really seem to come down into his forehead. The bottom two spikes on the side are different from the rest, and maybe you should bring it forward a bit (the hair).
Anyway nice job on it
