well, i would say start modeling with something simple so u can learn the basics first off. that looks nothing like vegeta. look at any reference pic to see what i mean. im not tryin to be cruel, im just tryin to help u out

i did use refrences and what doesn't look like vegeta the head or the body?

i would say mostly the body, needs to be a bit buffer

and the shape of the hair is completely wrong, so wrong that i cant just tell u in words, u need to look closely at ref pics, and look closely at ur model, it should be obvious
