If he admits that he used a part of the picture and gives credit to paintpixel, then i wouldnt have a problem. It is clear that it was taken straight off the picture and trying to prove otherwise only ends up in trouble.

But then he tried to make himself a victim, when he could have just apologized for not mentioning it earlier. I guess one thing that most people cant swallow is their pride.

lol ? and SV riped the skining style from the budokai games? tell me, how you can skin a cell shaded model , if not repeatedly use black lines here and there?
TBH when im skining something, i look only at the budokai models, i did this when i was starting to skin like that, and i do it now..., and heh, im showing my work to SV from time to time, and he never told me i riped hes "style". i can say SV riped hes style from budokai games, and we all know that's a nonesense. There is only 1 way to skin a cell shaded model, there is no room for style here. Sry nuttzy for going offtopic, but i must haved to clear this up ; p still i dont get it how you can steal someone';s style, jeez, every cell shaded model that will be done will be considered of zeq2 ripping, this is redicioulus, dbz hood members are skining the same way ( the only way ), and they riped too? you say you dont like acusing, but you put a silent accuse too.... shess..... but as goku ssj said to me on msn, this whole case is to empty to put it into your self, and tbh im also thinking to just dont post some times, like goku ssj, couse this is usles..

Let me show how easy its to rip stuff from other peoples artwork. This is an example, i'm not claiming I made the naruto eye or anything.

All you do is take the source, do a little bit of editing, and walla, its done. You just made your ripped texture in disguise. I didn't to go to too much detail but I hope you know what I mean.

Thats how easy it is to compare what you made. Compare theirs, if its similiar, then its obviously a rip.

nataku didnt copied his uvwmaps or either his texture maps, he tried it hisself and he got told how to work like this, its different.

also we all talk some "non sense" stuff. To prove everything, gokussj needs to put up his uvwmaps and the texture maps. if he wont , then he doesnt like to defend hisself because he know that he ripped. If he would show, and please withouth any edits befor, just the original, then it should be fine and noone would claim on.

i dont care how good he did photosourcing or if he ripped. Just its his own way how to go on.

I think this conversation should be dropped since there are enough wasted posts containing junk and useless information.

The fact is that it's a replication of an existing peice of art. Wether or not self-created or not I don't even know nor do I care. All I know is that creating your own textures, models and so forth should be all original and not direct copy. All this could've been avoided by easily making his own unique scratch marks and textures instead of laying on top of a previous image.

Travelling through deviantart and so forth you see hundreds of pictures that are just traceovers so this **** is nothing but common.

His clothing texture is excellent and both Naruto and Sasuke are both badass so I'm on your side for talent SSjGoku, just
try and keep things 100% all you and not 25 or 50% then they're shouldnt be any more problems. Also if you have something to say you can always post then tell a mod to close it and discuss it in pm's. Having nataku note down here
without you posting any uv's or anything is pretty much making another useless battle.

The only side I take in this battle is standing beside creativity.

He was defently one of the more active modelers here so good job people. In terms of colors, proportions and lines, they are inaccurate, take my word for it.

Well, basically, if you use someone elses work, model or skin as your own reference or in a worse case, using parts of it, then yes, it's naturally called ripping.

Using refs from the series itself, or a game for example is also a type of ripping but not something that we will complain about since it's not that serious when it goes through the DBZ series that there are tons of games based on it.

There is a VERY clear proof that he cutted a part of a pixelart and added it to his texture, it actually shows pretty clearly too.

Agreed 100% with Halo here, SSJGoku can skin well, you can see it pretty good on that Naruto's clothing texture.
Just a shame that he had to use someone else's texture work to complete it when he had the skills to do it on his own.

I double checked with your PSD, I can safely say you did cut the foreheard protector from that art and pasted it on yours with some altering.

I'm not bushing you for it, I'm just saying I know for certain that you could have done it by yourself 100% from scratch.
