Well, when he powered up up he had the yellow aura of an SSJ, when he couldn't beat Gohan he went into a state like USSJ in which he grew in size and, after selfdestructing, Cell had the electrical sparks of an SSJ2. So I think he has something close to SSJ levels.

ussj is not a real level is 100% power of a ssj.
assj is just ssj2 like goku tells

an "allday"ssj isnt assj or a level.It's just away to stay ssj and let it feel normal to like your in normal saiyan form.

Holy Crusader: SSJ5 is completely made up in the series Dragonball AF. AF is a fan-made series floating somewhere about the internet. I've seen one picture of it...strange.

Hey i agree it is fan base but in Gt vegeta said that with the machine bulma maid that he could go past goku and reach level 5 although it was never acheive it was a though in the series

Ultra SSJ is a 100% Power SSJ

There is also a Ultra SSJ4, which goku become after all other SSJ gave him their power.

Ultra SSJ4 means 100% Power SSJ4.
