When was this concert? 2006? 2005?

Oh and I noticed that on the drums it says TAMA, which means darkness in my language >_>

EDIT: Oh, and compare that vid with this one for example:

You'd see how talented that guy was back in the day. But then again he WAS 38 years younger ;P

Thats what I was saying he was good back in the day but now he is not so good cause the drugs pretty much perma fried him good heh.

Now I compare ozzy to say Bruce ****enson and Bruce ****enson can still hold his vocals very well and can actually remember words to his own songs unlike Ozzy heh..

I'm always amazed by the diverse musical cultures discussed here :x

Joan Baez, Simon and Garfunkel, Dusty Springfield, Ray Charles, James brown, Blondie(Debbie Harry) etc... now they're good singers. Only person I've seen mentioned in this thread that holds any kind of torch to them is Freddie, and thats cuz he's a legend. Bob Dylan and the Beatles wrote amazing music and I'd hold them in higher regard than the above mentioned names but they're not what I'd call amazing singers, they're amazing musicians, there's a difference. Try to think outside of one genre if you're replying to "top 5 singers of all time" D:

Maynard (very obvious), Chris Cornell, Serj Tankian, J. Loren Wince, Robert Plant.

In no particular order.

Doesn't that effectively makes David's post off-topic?

I don't see why the name needed a change. It's entirely based on what people listen to. If the majority of the forum listens to rock and metal, then so be it. Although someone who wanted to mention singers of a different genre is unable to do that now, officially at least.

But oh well, it isn't the end of the world.

1. Maynard James Keenan of Tool, APC, Puscifer. Such an awesome voice that really fits the music of his several projects. Except maybe Puscifer.

2. Chino Moreno of deftones and Team Sleep. I just love the ethereal quality his voice possesses.

3. Jake Shears of Scissor Sisters. Again, such a different voice from what we've been hearing in music lately, though it is somewhat reminiscent of the Beegees.

4. Imogen Heap. Chances are you've heard her work as Frou Frou on the Garden State Soundtrack in Let Go. Give the rest of her stuff a listen, you won't be disappointed. Yet another singer who's voice has an ethereal quality to it.

5. Elton John. He's one of my many musical guilty pleasures. But everyone's got to admit how great of a voice this man has got. Pre-throat surgery of course. His ability to go from tenor to falsetto was pretty great.
